1. About the site

https://en.vovaporcelain.ru presents the pieces of the VOΛA brand. The information and images on the Site are for information only and are not a public offer: the Site shows no prices and takes no payments.

2. How to order

• you leave a request on the Site or write to us on Telegram @vovaporcelain;
• we contact you and agree the piece, the décor, the quantity and the delivery address;
• before a contract is concluded we tell you the price, the main properties of the piece, the delivery methods and time, the payment terms and how long the offer stands;
• the terms are fixed in an invoice or a contract. The contract is concluded when the invoice is paid or the contract is signed.

3. Orders outside Russia

Delivery outside Russia, customs duties and taxes of the country of destination, and the currency and method of payment are agreed for each order individually and stated in the invoice or contract.

4. Made-to-order pieces

Corporate and partner projects — pieces with a logo, to a sketch or in the client's colours — are carried out under a separate contract that fixes the sample, the run, the timing and the acceptance procedure.

5. Seller
