Exchange and returns

1. Consumers in Russia

If you bought a piece at a distance as a consumer in Russia, you may refuse it at any time before you receive it and within 7 days after (Article 26.1 of the Russian Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”), provided its condition and consumer properties are preserved. The money is returned within 10 days of your request, less the cost of sending the piece back.

2. Orders outside Russia

For orders delivered outside Russia the return terms are agreed with the order and stated in the invoice or contract. The consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived are not affected.

3. Made-to-order pieces

A piece of proper quality made to an individual order — with a logo, to a sketch, in the client's colours — cannot be exchanged or returned, because only the client who ordered it can use it.

4. A defective piece or one damaged in transit

Porcelain is fragile: please inspect the packaging and the piece when you receive it. If it arrives with a defect or damage, write to us and attach photographs of the piece and the packaging. At your choice we will replace the piece, reduce the price proportionately or return the money.

5. Corporate orders

For companies, the acceptance, exchange and return procedure is set by the contract.

6. How to arrange a return

Write to us on Telegram @vovaporcelain, stating the order and the reason. We will reply and agree how the piece is handed over and the money returned.
