Personal data processing policy

1. General

This Policy is drawn up under Article 18.1(2) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and describes how the personal data of visitors to https://en.vovaporcelain.ru and https://vovaporcelain.ru (the Site) are processed and protected.

The personal data operator is Individual entrepreneur Vladimir V. Polozkov (ИП Полозков Владимир Владимирович), taxpayer number (INN) 773126379241, registration number (OGRNIP) 320774600085367, Moscow, Russia (the Operator).

The Policy applies to all information the Operator receives from visitors through the request forms on the Site.

2. What data we process

Only the data you enter in the forms on the Site yourself:

your name;
the name of your company, studio or shop and what you do;
your telephone number, e-mail address or Telegram username;
your city;
the text of your message and the piece you selected.

The Operator does not ask for or process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

3. Purposes

to answer your request and tell you about availability, lead time and price;
to prepare a proposal for a corporate or partner project;
to conclude and perform a contract with you, including delivery;
to tell you when the catalogue opens — only if you left your e-mail for this and gave separate consent.

4. Legal basis

your consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ) — the text is on a separate page;
the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party (Article 6(1)(5)).

5. How the data are processed

The Operator collects, records, organises, stores, corrects, uses, blocks, erases and destroys personal data, with and without automated means.

The Operator is established in Russia. Requests sent through the forms are recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation; by sending a form from another country you send your data to Russia.

The Operator does not publish personal data and does not pass them to third parties, except where this is needed to perform a contract with you (for example, to a delivery service) or is required by law. Technical storage may be entrusted to a hosting provider.

6. How long

Personal data are processed until the purposes are achieved or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. After that the data are destroyed within 30 days, unless the law or a contract with you requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

to receive information about the processing of your personal data;
to have the data corrected, blocked or destroyed if they are incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or not needed for the stated purpose;
to withdraw your consent at any time;
to complain about the Operator to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor), to a court, or to the data protection authority of your own country.

To use these rights, write to the Operator on Telegram @vovaporcelain. We reply within 10 working days.

8. Protection

The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures needed to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: access to the data is restricted and the connection to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS).

The Site carries no visitor counters, advertising or analytics services, and uses no cookies to track visitors. Fonts and images are loaded from the Site's own server; opening a page makes no request to third-party services.

Your browser stores only a mark that you have seen the notice at the bottom of the page. The pages of this English edition are served from a server in Singapore, and those of the Russian edition from a server in Russia; server logs may contain your IP address, the time of the request and browser details — they are needed for the security and stable operation of the Site.

If analytics services are added to the Site, this Policy will be updated and your consent to such cookies will be requested.

10. Final provisions
